Prenatal Yoga differs from other yoga classes by providing a safe, supporting
and calming environment to the community of pregnant women

Prenatal yoga sessions are structured based on a stages of the pregnancy and expectant mother's health history. The sessions emphasizes on particular poses per each trimester, breathing, and relaxation techniques that help to prepare a woman physically and mentally throughout the pregnancy. Each class includes Meditation, Pranayama and modified yoga poses to move the body comfortably during the pregnancy. These classes helps strengthen muscles used in labor & delivery, improve posture, improve circulation (heart & lung health), increase endurance and build stamina. It relieves some physical discomforts of pregnancy such as backache, heartburn, constipation and leg cramps. Most importantly, it prepares a woman mentally and spiritually for labor.
